For some, you may need to enter a numerical value, enter a text value, select Yes or No, or select an image. Note: Each Healthy Habits tracker is different. If you'd like to track for a past date, tap on the circle on the left side displaying the first letter of the day you would like to track for. Your Healthy Habits tracker that you've select will open to the current date for you to track.To enter information for a tracker, tap on it.Virgin Pulse supports iOS 15.0 and higher. We use this data to help you track your activity and be on the path to a healthier you. This lets you share your iPhone steps, Apple Watch steps, and exercise and energy data with Virgin Pulse.
